*48 Hours Advance Notice Required to Cancel, Transfer, or Request a Refund

If less than 48 Hours Advance Notice is Given Only a 50% Credit is Available

For example, if your class is scheduled for 9AM on Friday and you need to cancel or transfer
to another class, you need to notify us before 9AM on Wednesday in order to transfer or get a 100% refund. If you cancel or transfer less than 48 hours prior to the class, you will only receive a 50% credit for the class.
Why? Last minute cancellations and transfers make it impossible for us to offer your spot to someone else.
It's like booking an airline flight, concert tickets, or a doctor's appointment - a spot is reserved for you.

*Exceptions Made Only for Family Emergencies or Car Trouble (must provide documentation)
